The new website was platformed on Magento CMS which offers e-commerce capabilities that can be enabled if desired. Magento is a user-friendly platform that makes it easy for the client to edit their webpages and quickly make updates to items such as training sessions and news updates.
Our team of designers and developers revamped the information architecture to make it easier for users to find the products they are looking for. A mega menu and filter tool was also created to help funnel users to the correct products and meet their needs.
New features of the site include search engine optimized location and industry pages designed to bring in more traffic from mechanical contractors, HVAC technicians, plumbers, engineers, and wholesalers. Call-to-action lead forms were added on product pages to help connect users with Hot Water Products sales representatives.
